What is Guaranteed Rental Income? How does it work?
If your property is suitable we can off you the opportunity to enter a management agreement for between 1-5 years. The agreement will guarantee you a fixed rental income every month on the basis that Lighthouse Serviced Lets can rent out your property to our clients with a strategy that works for us all. We may offer to freshen up your property to their required standards, or to share the cost of any works required. Once the agreement is signed, Lighthouse Serviced Lets will take care of the cosmetic upkeep of the property - we want to keep it in showroom condition. You will still be responsible for all major repairs such as the roof and boiler, but can assist with management of these on you behalf, if/when required.
